Industry Partners

At the MiLL National Training Center, highly qualified instructors train high school students in lean manufacturing and associated trade skills connected to construction and welding.

Students are trained on the industry’s most sophisticated machines, tools, and technology. Furthermore, students enrolled in the programs have an opportunity to obtain industry recognized certifications.

The skills our students learn in these programs are readily transferable to many other industries and related job fields. All of the instructors at the MiLL are certified for the career pathway they teach. Instructors also network regularly with partners to ensure the curriculum aligns with current industry standards.

The MiLL’s success directly relates to the commitment and generous support of our industry partners. We are in a mutually beneficial relationship in which some partners provide financial support, others donate state of the art equipment, resources, or tools, and/or dedicate time to teach students the most current techniques required to perform their jobs effectively, efficiently and safely.

We hope you consider being an industry partner with the MiLL in Widefield School District 3.
